I saw something Blue...

I fainted last week. It was a relatively new experience for me, I have fainted in the past, but that was a long time ago and under far different circumstances. I was at Fred Myers, the last stop on my way to a family vacation in Driggs and surrounding areas. I had just bought a cheap, new pair of ear buds (the pair that came with my zune had started shorting out about a month before school ended, making it impossible to enjoy the listening experience). I was done shopping before the rest of my party, so I was sent out to the vehicle with my (approximately) three year old niece. My brother had stayed in the car with my nephew, so when I got to the suburban I decided to sit in the passenger seat so that I could more conveniently converse with him. I put my niece in the car, and as I lifted myself in I hit my funny bone harder than I have ever hit it in my life. It hurt. a lot. I don't remember much from this point forward, but I do remember that it hurt like a banshee. I guess it was at this point that I fell over onto the center consul of the car. I do not remember my dreams, but I do seem to remember that it was quite phantasmagoric and that there was something blue. My brother didn't see me faint because he was pointing out the cars in the parking lot to his son (who is two-ish and says "car" with a Bostonian accent). I guess when he realized that I had fallen he didn't know what to do. He grabbed my arm and I yelled out "DON'T!" I then sat up with befuddlement. I asked where I was and if he had been there the entire time. It was a while before I ceased to be lightheaded and the headache lasted until I went to bed that night. It was an intense experience and I do believe that there was something of a magnificent nature in whatever it was that was blue in the Faint-Dream.
